I am so excited to have you join us today. This business is the heart and soul of who I am and what I believe in…good food, good friends and good service. After working in this industry for over 25 years, I am blessed to have the opportunity to serve the Pensacola area.
My menu will feature some traditional tried and true recipes that honor loved ones, and some new items I hope you enjoy as well. Thank you for your patronage. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Champagne Chicken Salad
Diced chicken breast, apples and pears tossed in a champagne-mayo dressing topped with bleu cheese crumbles.
Shrimp and Shells Salad
Chilled seashell pasta, tender shrimp and celery tossed in a sour cream-mayo dressing with mild spices served with tomato wedges.

Fresh garden greens topped with black beans, corn, avocado, shredded cheese and seasonal veggies, served with our house-made jalapeño ranch dressing.

Mixed greens topped with mandarin oranges, strawberries, bleu cheese crumbles and mixed nuts served with poppyseed dressing.
